We use a variety of temperature mapping and validation systems dependant on client requirements for quality, cost and accuracy. To understand more about the systems we use, why we use them and what we use them for we have compiled a summary on each of our systems. Amphenol Kaye Validator 2000Description
The Amphenol Kaye Validator 2000 is a thermocouple based datalogger routinely used within the pharmaceutical Industry. The Validator 2000 accepts up to 36 sensors, we mainly use it for Type T thermocouples and pressure inputs. Uses We predominantly use the Kaye Validator for autoclave validation, SIP validation, liquid nitrogen, depyrogenation tunnels/ovens and lyophiliser validation. The Kaye Validator system can also be used for the temperature mapping of fridges, freezers, incubators, cold stores etc. Benefits The Amphenol Kaye Validator is an industry recognised system routinely used for validation and temperature mapping. It offers up to 36 inputs and multiple sensor type selection. Our systems have all had IQOQ performed. Our Kaye Validators are calibrated annually and we calibrate thermocouples onsite for both pre-calibration and calibration verification. Capability Thermal Compliance can supply our engineers with a Kaye Validator and calibration equipment to support your validation requirements. We can work to your in house protocols and SOPs or our own. Our engineers also have a full stock of entry fittings (Tri-Clamp, Fedegari), tee pieces, pressure transducers, induced leaks and Thermocouple Smart Gaskets. If you require a specific Kaye software version please let us know, we have most versions available. Our engineers have extensive Kaye Validator experience and can assist with any technical difficulties such as data loss, communication issues, ‘REF CHECK’, 'OPEN' etc. We also have a fleet of kaye validators and calibration equipment available for hire. The Veriteq Vaisala VL-2000 datalogger is a temperature and humidity internal data logger with a 10 year battery life. Uses We use the Vaisala VL-2000 for the qualification of stability cabinets, Humidifying Incubators, Warehouse Mapping and enviromental chambers. Multiple loggers can be overlaid into graphs and statistical data produced to provide clear minimum and maximum temperature and humidity data. Benefits Datalogger flexibility allows for easy setup and installation of these systems creating minimum interferance with routine operations. Data download and report generation are fast and easy to interpret. Our systems have all had IQOQ performed. Capability We can perform humidity mapping on multiple humidity controlled environments at any one time. Our engineers can also perform temperature mapping on other temperature controlled units alongside humidity mapping, with a maximum of four units per engineer. Annual calibrations are performed on these sensors. Upon request offsite calibration and calibration verification can be performed. Ellab Tracksense ProDescription
The Ellab Tracksense Pro system is a highly accurate wireless data logging system. Used along with the Sky system this offers the benefit of live data feed. The system allows great flexibility in sensor selection allowing us to map Temperature, Pressure, CO2, Humidity and Conductivity. Uses We use the Ellab system for Autoclave Validation, SIP Validation, Heat Treatment Ovens, Washer Disinfectors and Lyophiliser Validation. The system can also be used for the temperature mapping of fridges, freezers, incubators, cold stores, stability cabinets, EtO etc. Benefits The system is particularly beneficial for autoclave validation reducing the requirement for leak rate tests and creating minimal interruption to production operations. Typically we find the total validation time is reduced by 30%. Work can be performed with minimal disruption to routine operations, for example autoclave loads can be prepapered whilst the autoclave is in production use, the cycle can be performed and then returned to production. Fully validated robust reporting software means the data analysis can be performed within a 21 CFR Part 11 environment. This means our reports can be generated very quickly, include Pass/Fail criteria and also reduce the reviewing time of reports. Our systems have all had IQOQ performed. Annual calibrations are performed with onsite calibration and calibration verification performed as required. Capability Thermal Compliance can supply our engineers with an Ellab Tracksense Pro system and calibration equipment to support your validation requirements. The Veriteq Vaisala VL-1416 and VL-1016 datalogger is a 4 channel wired logger using 10' or 25' external sensors, ideally suited for laboratory equipment validation. Uses The Vaisala loggers are perfectly suited to the laboratory environment covering refrigerators, freezers, ultra low freezers and incubators. The logger body can be placed internally (down to -30°C) or externally. Multiple loggers can be overlaid into graphs and statistical data produced to provide clear minimum and maximum temperature data. Benefits Datalogger flexibility allows for easy setup and installation of these systems creating minimum interferance with routine operations. Data download and report generation is fast and easy to interpret. The flexibility of the loggers, temperature range and the software benefits allow our engineers the flexibility to perform work on multiple units. This system is ideal for performing temperature mapping / validation on up to four temperature controlled units simultaneously. Our systems have all had IQOQ performed. Capability Each of our engineers can work on up to four temperature controlled units at any one time using this system. This allows us to reduce cost and turn around large projects very quickly. If you are setting up a new lab and require a fast turnaround these sensors are ideal. Ebro EBI-20-T
Description
The Ebro EBI-20-T data logger is an affordable datalogger utilising an internal sensor. Uses Ideally suited to temperature mapping warehouses and large temperature controlled enviroments. These loggers can also be used for smaller units and we offer a DIY Temperature Mapping service for this. The use of internal sensors does impact the reponse time of the sensors, so this should be considered as part of the risk assessment. We can provide data to support a risk assessment, as we have investigated the reponse times of all of our sensor types. |
