GMP Warehouse and Cold Store MappingAt Thermal Compliance we perform temperature mapping for warehouses and cold stores across Europe. We work to World Health Organisation (WHO) Guidelines and European Good Distribution Practise (GDP). Our engineers can help with:

We use 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant dataloggers, and all of our systems use validated software with clear reporting. Our systems can be set up to your requirements and can include the following:
- Minimum, Maximum and Mean Temperature for each sensor.
- Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT).
- Detailed Graph of all sensor locations, with tolerance limits applied.
- Detailed Raw Data reports, every log from every sensor.
- Detailed Schematics with clear sensor locations.
- Calibration Certificates for all test equipment.
- Recommendation for Monitoring Probes.
- Detailed Summary report.
Meteorological Winter and Summer (For the Northern Hemisphere)
- Meteorological Winter Starts 1 December and will end on 28 February
- Meteorological Summer Starts 1 June and will end on 31 August
High Bay Sensor Placement without a MEWP
Our engineers have designed new sensor placement technology. This allows us to place sensors upto 6m high without the need for a mobile work platform!
The technology allows us to setup warehouse temperature mapping faster and removes some of the health and safety concerns associated with warehouse mapping. Sensors can now be placed quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption to routine warehouse operations.
On completion of the testing sensors can just as easily be removed, simply and easily.

Remote Warehouse Mapping Service
We can now offer warehouse temperature mapping using our remote validation service. We create all of the documentation, send pre programmed dataloggers to site and you place the sensors. Once returned we can download the data and write the reports.
Placing our sensors couldn't be easier we use tie wraps, hooks or tape to secure the sensors in place. Using our detailed sensor location diagrams as a guide for sensor placement. Depending on the size of your warehouse this can normally be done in 1-2 hours. It's also really simple to remove them then just send them back and we can do the rest. This is service reduces expenses, costs and onsite training requirements. For more information please contact us. |
